Pricing is for payment of crab only, We do not charge shipping fees, The Air Freight Provider will. Shipping fee discounts don’t start taking effect until the weight has surpassed 90 LBs.

How The BuyLiveCrab.com Process Works

Step 1: Place your order by choosing the type of crab you would like and the quantity needed. Once chosen, follow the guided instructions to make your payment and choose the airport closest to you.

Step 2: Choose a major airport closest to you. You must be within 1 hour of a major airport. If you are not within 1 hour of a major airport, please contact our customer service department at 509.828.0929 before you submit your order. This will ensure you are still able to get the crab fresh.

Step 3: Soon after your order is submitted, you will be contacted by BuyLiveCrab.com’s support team. They will provide you with airway tracking information and support. You can use the tracking information provided to track your order at any point in time.

Step 4: Once you are notified of the time your order should hit the ground on the plane it is being transferred in, you must identify where the main cargo delivery pick up area is for the airline your order is on at your chosen airport.

Step 5: Arrive at the airport at your designated pick up area to receive your order. It is recommended you arrive a bit earlier than your arranged pick up time to allow for time to check-in and any possible traffic delays.

Step 6: Enjoy your crab!
